Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at our Aurora, CO restaurant, overseeing food quality, guest service, and cleanliness while driving team performance and financial goals.

You will recruit, hire, train, and develop team members, manage inventory and labor costs, scheduling, and payroll, and ensure strict health and safety compliance. This role offers leadership growth within a fast-growing brand and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as GM or AGM.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
