Popeyes Texas is seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee all daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a dynamic, high-energy team.

You’ll recruit, train, and develop staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and optimize inventory, costs, and financial performance to achieve growth and profitability. Health benefits, PTO, and career advancement are included.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels.
