Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant to success, overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving performance. You’ll develop talent, uphold brand standards, and execute financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What We’re Looking For

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
