Popeyes in Pearland, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, maintain high standards of food quality, guest service, and cleanliness, and drive our team's performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels.
