Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to set schedules, hire, train and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant including cost, inventory, cash and customer relations.
• Set the example and enforce policy 100% of the time.
• Create schedules, order product, train team members and hire.
• Profit share bonus is awarded based on cost controls within goals.
