Job summary

Eyemart Express in Texas is seeking a General Manager Optical Retail to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will supervise sales, customer service, lab work, and administrative tasks while building a high-performing team.

You will manage inventory, budgets, and staffing, upholding Eyemart’s standards for quality and value. A high school diploma and retail management experience are required; optical industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail management experience.
• Experience in the optical industry preferred.
