America’s Best in Charlotte, NC is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead a high-energy eyewear store. You’ll direct daily operations, drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional patient experiences from greeting to checkout.

Partner with the Doctor to deliver the highest level of eye care, coach and develop associates, and uphold brand standards across merchandising, service, and safety. A 5+ year retail background and leadership skills are required.

Competenze

• 5+ years of retail experience. Supervising experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the optical industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
• Solid understanding of store operations and business performance.
