Qualifications

Job Summary

Lead the operation. Elevate the experience. The General Manager of Concessions will lead daily concessions operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team execution, operational consistency, and fiscal performance. Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in food service, hospitality, concessions, or a comparable high-volume operation.
  • Experience managing large teams and high-volume operations.
  • Proficiency with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and inventory controls.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business and operational systems.
  • Experience interpreting sales, labor, food-cost, and other operational performance metrics.
