Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a General Manager to lead a new business line from strategy to scale, reporting directly to the Cofounder/CEO. You will own the P&L, shape the product and growth plan, and be accountable for partnerships and operations with a small initial team (1–2 people).

The role requires in-person work at the Palo Alto office, with base salary and stock options. Location and compensation reflect the San Francisco Bay Area market and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or hands-on operating roles in fast-growing startups.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Ability to work in person in our Palo Alto office alongside our CEO and executive team

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the product line or business unit.
• Set the strategy and own execution across product development, customer growth, and partnerships.
• Oversee operations and cross-functional coordination to scale the business.
