Arby’s, Inc. is seeking a General Manager for our Eatonton location to lead the restaurant team in delivering fast-casual service and our Meatcraft standards. You will guide operations, coach staff, and drive customer satisfaction.

This role partners with the management team on training, local store marketing, and hitting sales and profit goals while upholding brand standards. At least one year of restaurant or retail management and a proven record of exceptional service are required.

Formación

• At least 1 year of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
