Job summary

Domino's Houston is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, providing leadership and supervision to ensure safety, quality, profitability, and excellent customer service. You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
