Job summary

Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a General Manager to own the total store experience with luxury service, operational excellence, talent development, and strategic leadership. You’ll build a destination that celebrates life and expresses love, guided by strong brand standards and a People First approach.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage payroll and inventory, and execute promotions while coaching employees to deliver personalized selling experiences and outstanding customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years with 1+ year of management experience.
• Specialty retail and jewelry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching, accountability, and execution.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Set expectations for appointment culture, clienteling, follow-up, and personalized selling experiences.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales experience with 1+ year of management experience required
• Specialty retail and/or jewelry experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching, accountability, and execution
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, resolve conflict, and drive results in a dynamic environment
• Commitment to operating with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality where required

Your Work Schedule Flexible to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical schedules target five days/40 hours, with additional time during peak seasons.
