Job summary

Domino’s Team Murph in Texas is seeking a General Manager in Training to join a fast-growing quick-service restaurant team. You will participate in a progressive training program while working in a dynamic environment, with the goal of becoming a Restaurant General Manager.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, ready to drive operations toward exceptional service and results. Training emphasizes leadership, safety, and daily operation excellence.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including some nights, weekends and holidays.

All Team Member General Job Duties

• Operate all equipment


• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler


• Prepare product


• Receive and process telephone orders


• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork


• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

Minimum Qualifications

• One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred

• Meet Image standards


• Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers


• The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions


• Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including some nights, weekends and holidays. Schedule subject to change to cover store needs


• Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving
