Job summary

Pizza Ranch Waukee is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, deliver on our quality food and service standards, and drive a legendary guest experience.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage scheduling and costs, and partner with the team to grow sales while maintaining a welcoming, community-focused restaurant.

This full-time role includes a negotiable pay rate plus a monthly bonus and comprehensive health, dental, vision insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Passion for leading and developing people.
• Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple situations.
• Effective communicator with good oral and written communication skills.
• Restaurant management experience, preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• High School graduate or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

As a General Manager, you will be challenged to exceed the expectations of our guests by delivering on the Pizza Ranch Product and Service standards of operation. You will also be leading the day to day operations and manage the guest experience through Qualtrics data and feedback.
