Advance Auto Parts in Saint Clairsville, OH is seeking a General Manager in Training. This program provides comprehensive training and development for individuals pursuing a career in retail management, with hands-on experience in store operations, sales, and customer service.

Participants will learn to open/close, drive revenue, manage inventory, mentor staff, analyze sales data, and ensure policy compliance while preparing to assume full store leadership. Relocation before starting is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or as an assistant manager is preferred
• Excellent team management and leadership abilities
• Proven ability to drive sales results and meet targets
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus

• Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
• Shift: Day shift, Evening shift, Morning shift
• Weekly day range: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
• Work Location: In person (Saint Clairsville, OH 43950 – relocate before starting work)
