Job summary

Petroleum Marketing Group is seeking a highly capable General Manager to lead operations across PMG sites in Florida. The GM will oversee a high-volume retail team, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and adherence to PMG standards.

A Do Whatever It Takes attitude is valued and relocation consideration is available. Responsibilities include staff development, sales strategy execution, financial performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with local partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in leading and building a high-performing team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
• Resolve customer and associate concerns effectively.
• Execute PMG Sales Strategy to maximize sales-building efforts.
• Analyze income statements and reports to ensure profitability.
• Supervise daily tasks and performance of all staff.
• Manage daily paperwork, cash, lottery, shrink, spoilage, and waste processes.
• Manage labor and team schedules.
• Build relationships with community partners.
• Analyze trends and set action plans for opportunities.
• Monitor local competition and respond to Store Ops.
