I-State Truck Center, part of Interstate Companies, is seeking a General Manager for Inver Grove Heights. You will lead all departments and own financial performance for a multi-million-dollar operation, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive leadership in heavy- or medium-duty truck dealerships.
• Proven full P&L management for multi-million revenue operations.
• Track record of growing market share and profitability in a competitive truck market.
• Strong financial statement literacy and ability to optimize F&I penetration.
• Knowledge of truck sales cycles, parts and service absorption, warranty programs.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership – meet or exceed revenue, gross profit, and NOI targets.
• Lead all departments: New/Used Truck Sales, Parts, Service, Leasing/Rental, Finance & Insurance, Administration.
• Develop and execute annual business plans, forecasts, and capex requests.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team.
• Drive market share growth while maintaining CSI and ESI scores.
• Oversee facility maintenance, OEM image standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with fleet customers, OEM reps, and vendors.
• Champion a safe, inclusive workplace aligned with company values.
• Participate in 20-Group and OEM council meetings; implement best practices.
