Overview

Nissan of Merrimack Valley is seeking a driven, high-energy GM/GSM who knows how to move metal, grow gross, and build winning teams. The base pay range is provided by Nissan of Merrimack Valley; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do
  • Lead from the front — drive sales, gross, and volume in both new and used cars.
  • Motivate and develop your managers and salespeople to consistently hit and exceed targets.
  • Take charge of inventory, pricing, and marketing to maximize profitability.
  • Build an elite culture that’s focused on customer experience, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Monitor the key metrics that matter (closing %, PVR, sales efficiency, CSI) and execute strategies that win.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with ownership to grow the dealership’s market share and reputation.
What We’re Looking For
  • A proven GSM or GM with a track record of success in a high-volume dealership.
  • Strong desking, F&I, and inventory management skills.
  • A coach and motivator who knows how to hold people accountable while keeping them engaged.
  • Digital retail and CRM savvy.
