MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking a General Manager for our Louisville location at 8404 Preston Hwy. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality and efficiency, and lead a dynamic team to achieve targets.

You will analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and drive profitability while building relationships with customers, vendors, and partners. This role offers opportunities for advancement and competitive wages in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss analysis.
