Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead a single restaurant. The GM focuses on achieving sales goals, driving guest satisfaction, and managing staff performance using our established systems and processes.

This role reports to the District Manager and plays a key part in profit maximization and policy adherence. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and Quick Service Restaurant

Formación

• Two years of management experience or equivalent
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma or GED required
