Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring immediately for a General Manager/General Manager in Training to join their team in Orlando, Florida. The role leads restaurant operations, delivers customer service excellence, and drives sales while upholding Domino's standards.

You will supervise 3 to 30 employees per shift, manage costs, inventory, cash control, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment. This full-time role offers growth potential and the chance to be the face of the store.

Qualifications

• Ability to exercise judgement and make quick, effective decisions.
• Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory.
• Proven multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (yes, you even have to smile when you answer the phone)!
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
