Domino's Pizza in Tomball, TX is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single Domino’s store, providing leadership and supervision over operations while ensuring profitability and adherence to food safety standards.

The GM will drive an inclusive and engaged work environment, recruit and develop staff, manage costs, and deliver excellent customer service. Full training and industry-leading support accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understanding of basic operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
