Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Friendly demeanor, motivational skills and enthusiasm.
• Organized and efficient in time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the店 팀 and train staff.
• Plan and manage store operations and inventory.
• Deliver exceptional product quality and respond to customer concerns.
• Maintain proper store image and ensure first-ring call response.
• Follow Domino’s policies and work as a cohesive team.
• Schedule commitments include weekends and at least 5 closing nights per week.
