Qualifications

• Must manage shift with cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, scheduling, image and standards adherence, customer service, attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
