Walmart Distribution Center in Waipahu, HI is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing operation delivering products to customers and stores safely and efficiently. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management).
• 3 years in a senior management role within operations/distribution/logistics/retail, supervising and developing managers/supervisors; OR 2 years as Walmart Logistics Assistant General Manager; OR 5 years in a senior management role supervising and developing associates.

• Develop and lead facility associates and leaders by setting clear expectations, coaching performance, supporting talent development, and participating in hiring, promotion, and succession planning efforts.
• Work cross‑functionally with store operators, merchants, replenishment and supply chain providers to provide service, resolve issues, and lead impact recovery efforts for the market.

The annual salary range for this position is $150,800.00 - $226,200.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
