Qualifications

Salary Range: $160,000 to $190,000

The General Manager will lead the Enerfab Electrical business unit, driving operational excellence, ensuring project success, and upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. This role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities, including strategic leadership, operational management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Electrical business unit, aligning operational initiatives with the company's mission and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies and growth plans for the business unit.
Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily operations of the business unit, ensuring efficient and effective execution of all projects.
  • Monitor operational performance, implement improvements, and optimize processes for enhanced efficiency.
Project Management:
  • Supervise project managers and teams in the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
Safety and Quality Assurance:
  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture in all operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet or exceed project specifications.
Resource Allocation:
  • Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.
  • Procure necessary materials and equipment for projects.
Client Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact and addressing client concerns.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the operations teams, including project managers, superintendents, and field personnel.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
Budget Management:
