Location: 5000 Lima St., Denver, CO 80239. This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $120,520 - $150,650, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $150,650 - $180,780. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Shift: Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Employment Logistics:

As the General Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the Regional General Manager. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the units and team members within the facility. As the General Manager, you will oversee the operations, as well as any satellite projects, as necessary.

The Must-Haves:

• GED/Diploma required, bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred
• A minimum of 5 years management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience
• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Last-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired
• Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills
• Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team
• Strong organization and time-management skills utilizing MS Office Suite

Your Mission in Motion:

• You will guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services.
• You will direct, plan, and manage budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
• You will evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically report these results to the Regional Operations and General Managers.
• You will be responsible for maintaining engineered staffing levels for all positions, which includes coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management, and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions.
• You will ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with vendors and independent contractors to maintain accountability to the operating agreement.

• You apply knowledge of OSHA requirements in daily work practices.
• You maintain a flexible schedule to support 24-hour operations, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.
