Join our team as General Manager (GM) and lead our Corrugated Packaging facility in Owosso, Michigan. As the key leader, you will have overall responsibility for the success and profitability of the Owosso plant. This is an exciting opportunity to align team efforts with our vision to deliver high-quality packaging solutions on time while directly leading our sales, operations, and customer service teams. Reporting to the VP of Packaging, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive growth, deliver customer value, and strive for operational excellence.
For this position you must live or relocate within 30 minutes of the Owosso facility. The role requires frequent travel (50%+) to effectively build customer relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and seek operational improvements.
As a dynamic and experienced leader, you will lead the commercial and operations organizations as the P&L owner of our corrugated packaging team. This role offers a significant opportunity to coach and develop a team that values winning together.
