Job summary

YouFit Gyms is hiring a General Manager to lead our Florida club to new levels of service and profitability. You will supervise all operations, drive membership sales and PT growth, and coach a dynamic team to achieve revenue goals.

We seek an energetic leader with a track record in fitness or service settings, capable of managing budgets, KPIs, and daily financials while maintaining top-tier cleanliness and safety standards. Excellent customer focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a management or leadership role within fitness, hospitality, sales, or customer service.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team.
• Experience overseeing gym operations, staffing, inventory, and expense management.
• Strong sales, membership growth, and PT performance focus.
• Experience with budgeting and KPI tracking to drive profitability.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
