About the Job

General Manager of a Domino's Pizza store, overseeing all aspects of store operations and leading the team to deliver high quality pizza and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store operations during shifts, ensuring cost controls, inventory, cash handling, customer relations, staffing and scheduling.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance for all team members.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and provide transportation to/from work as needed.
• Analyze sales, inventory and expenses to recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and multitasking skills with solid judgment.
• Basic math ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to perform accurate monetary change.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills to process orders and instruct staff.
• Proficiency with computers and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Experience in a fast‑food or retail environment preferred.

Work Conditions

Shop environment with varying temperatures, exposure to food odors and occasional dust. Requires standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 lb) when needed.
