Domino's in Dickinson, TX seeks a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, provide strong leadership, and drive profitability while upholding food safety and customer service standards.

You will manage a team, recruit and develop staff, and ensure efficient use of POS and other technologies to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.

Responsibilities
