Job summary

Domino's is hiring a General Manager in Gilbert to lead a fast-paced pizza operation. You will oversee daily restaurant activities, ensure quality, motivate staff, and focus on guest satisfaction while driving sales and profitability.

You will manage costs, inventory, cash controls, and staffing—creating schedules, ordering products, and training new crew. A profit-sharing bonus is available for meeting cost targets; weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years or older
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience
• Must be able to work weekend nights

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• You will set the example and ensure policy adherence 100% of the time, and lead scheduling, ordering, training, and hiring.
