JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. In addition:

Additional duties include operating all equipment, stock ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, cleaning equipment and facility daily, and onboarding new team members. Communication skills include comprehending and giving correct written instructions, communicating with customers and co-workers both over the phone and in person, basic arithmetic, and using a computer or touch screen to enter orders. Navigational skills are required to read a map, locate addresses within the delivery area, and handle adverse terrain while carrying product.
