Domino's in Katy, TX is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a team, ensure food safety, and drive profitability. You will set performance standards, manage costs, and foster an inclusive, engaged work environment.

You’ll implement store procedures, handle customer service excellence, recruit and develop staff, and troubleshoot POS/ATS systems to keep service fast and accurate. A valid driver’s license and prior GM experience in a fast-paced service setting are

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred
