Domino's is seeking a General Manager for a Corporate Store location at 1101 W Main St, League City, TX. The role is full-time, responsible for leading daily store operations, driving profitability, and upholding food safety and customer service standards.

The GM will supervise staff, recruit and develop teammates, and ensure compliance with operating procedures while leveraging the brand’s resources for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understanding and demonstration of basic operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred
