Responsibilities

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Perform accurate and quick math calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Make correct monetary change.

Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Coordinate motor movements between eyes and hands/fingers to perform precise, rapid tasks.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Comprehend and provide correct written instructions.

Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Deliver product by car and at the door of customers.

Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Use navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within a designated delivery area.

Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Lead by example and coach/train new employees.
