Job summary

Lead Dog Pizza INC., a Domino's Pizza franchise, is seeking a General Manager in Warrenville, SC. You will be responsible for all restaurant operations, including people, costs, inventory, scheduling, and customer relations, with a focus on delivering top service and profits.

This role requires leadership, sound judgment and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced pizza delivery environment. Weekend night availability is preferred for success in this position.

Job Requirements & Duties

You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. You will be in charge of making schedules, ordering product, training team members and hiring. A profit share bonus is awarded to GM's based off controlling costs within goals.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years or older
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience*
• Must be able to work weekend nights
