Domino’s in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single store. You will provide leadership, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of service, food safety, and profitability while fostering an inclusive and engaged workplace.

You will drive performance through team development, cost control, and adherence to brand standards, while delivering exceptional customer service and implementing company policies across all store functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred
