• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Perform arithmetic operations accurately and quickly (may use a calculator). Must be able to provide correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Demonstrate motor coordination to make precise movements quickly.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Understand and follow written instructions correctly.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Deliver product by car to the customer’s door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate using a map to locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain such as multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
