Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers to oversee store operations, drive sales, manage costs, and mentor team members.

You will lead shifts, ensure food safety, control inventory and cash, deliver excellent guest service, and partner with the leadership team to cultivate a safe, rewarding workplace.

This is a fast-paced role that rewards initiative, teamwork, and a passion for delivering great pizza and great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required, team development preferred.
• Strong operations and cost-control skills.
• Experience with inventory and cash handling.
• Familiarity with technology to operate and troubleshoot POS systems.

Job Description

General Managers are responsible for cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations while they are working a shift.

What we’re looking for in our General Managers:
