Domino's in Millersburg, OH is seeking a General Manager to lead a single store’s daily operations. You will provide overall leadership, supervise staff, drive profitability, uphold food safety, and foster an inclusive, high-energy work environment.

This role requires hands-on experience in fast-paced food service, strong team development, and the ability to manage costs and service quality while leveraging store technology (POS, ATS).

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 2 year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced food service environment
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred
