Job summary

McDonald’s in Whitmore Lake, MI is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee both crew and shift managers. You’ll manage food production, staffing and onboarding, plan inventory and budget, ensure food safety, coach teams, and uphold McDonald’s standards of service and safety in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you’ll model excellence, mentor staff, and align daily actions with company values to deliver a welcoming guest experience

Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• Passion for helping and serving others.
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.
• Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
• To provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

To Be a Successful General Manager, You’ll Need
