Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with more than 500+ franchise locations in the United States and Canada. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a qualified General Manager focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. This role offers an excellent opportunity to interact with clients daily and foster a supportive community!

Position:

The General Manager will oversee all studio operations, including sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking
  2. Implement sales processes to convert prospects into introductory classes
  3. Drive membership and retail sales
  4. Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory stocking
  5. Hire and manage instructors
  6. Utilize gym management software and POS systems for reporting
  7. Review instructor performance evaluations
  8. Make high-level customer service decisions independently
  9. Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
  10. Enforce policies and procedures
  11. Ensure studio supplies and literature are well-stocked and visible
  12. Participate in community events and promotions
  13. Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads
  14. Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to generate personal sales and train sales staff
  • Experience managing multiple revenue streams
  • Previous management or supervisory experience required
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment
  • Solution-oriented and results-driven with a competitive spirit
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in data management
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy with confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with others
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software
  • College degree preferred
  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • Willingness to travel to California for training
Compensation & Perks:

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
