Job summary

Mahoney Environmental in Wendell, NC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive production goals, and ensure customers are served in a timely fashion. This on-site role is Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, with a focus on safe, efficient processes.

You will coordinate with human resources, finance, logistics, sales, and marketing; oversee shipping and receiving; determine labor needs; and assist with budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of related experience required.
• Valid US Driver's License preferred.
• Commercial Driver's License holder Class A or B with at least 3 years of commercial preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to plan and organize daily activities related to production and operations.
• Measure productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure continuity in processes and production.

Our Wendell, NC Depot is looking for a General Manager to join our team and help drive success. The General Manager will lead the team to plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved, and customers are serviced in a timely fashion. This position will be required to be onsite Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm.Mahoney Environmental is a leading provider of grease management solutions for the restaurant industry, specializing in used cooking oil recycling. With nationwide service, Mahoney seamlessly services food service establishments across the country, offering efficient and eco-friendly disposal options for their used cooking oil.

What You Will Do

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Knowledge of Samsara ELD and Oracle ERP/financial system preferred.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five – seven years of related experience required.
• Valid US Driver's License with clean driving record preferred.
• Commercial Driver's License holder Class A or B with at least 3 years of commercial preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to access and navigate the production facility.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
