Job summary

Applebee’s is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop team members, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive business results. Franchise ownership governs employment terms within Applebee’s network.

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, manage daily operations, ensure food safety, and coach staff to meet performance targets while delivering outstanding guest service.
