Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing center, overseeing clinical and business operations from intake to treatment. You will manage a multidisciplinary team and implement strategies to meet financial goals while maintaining patient-centered care.

• 5-8+ years of progressive leadership experience with documented P&L ownership.
• Strong track record of hitting revenue targets in a consultative, service-driven environment.
• Direct management of 8-25 person multi-disciplinary teams.
• Business acumen with KPI fluency, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the dental center, ensuring clinical and business excellence.
• Oversee patient experience and workflow from consultation through treatment.
• Manage and support a multidisciplinary team of doctors, clinicians, and staff.
• Implement and drive business strategies to meet performance and financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
• Partner with the doctor to ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery.
• Manage center financials including budgets, forecasts, and P&L oversight.
• Champion a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture.
• Support ongoing staff training and development to drive success.

Skills And Experience We’re Looking For

• 5-8+ years of progressive leadership experience with documented P&L ownership ($3M+ preferred)
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeded revenue targets in a consultative, service-driven environment
• Direct management of 8-25 person multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong business acumen including KPI fluency, P&L ownership, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Comfort operating in a dual-function environment (clinical delivery + business performance)
• Experience managing or participating in a high-ticket consultative sales process preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or healthcare management degree preferred
