Spare Time Entertainment in Clifton Park, NY, seeks a General Manager to run a multi-attraction entertainment center. You will lead a large team across food & beverage, amusements, and events, drive P&L results, and ensure a premier guest experience.

You’ll manage budgets and labor, coach staff, and promote safety and cleanliness across all attractions. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays to energize the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years leading large teams in hospitality, entertainment or restaurants.
  • Proven track record with P&L, cost control, and operations excellence.
  • Strong leadership to coach, motivate and hold teams accountable.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

We are looking for a General Manager to run the show, lead a large team, and create unforgettable experiences for every guest. Nights, weekends, and holidays are when the energy is highest, so flexibility is a must.

What You’ll Do

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $66,000-85,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities
