Job summary

Steak ’n Shake is seeking a General Manager for a partnership opportunity in Springfield. This full-time role offers up to $80,000 with a path to ownership and franchisee partner eligibility.

We’re not just looking for a manager; we’re looking for an owner who leads from the floor, builds teams, and owns the numbers. You’ll drive hospitality, loyalty to brand standards, and operational excellence across service and food safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GMs experience in QSR or fast-casual environments.
• Fluency in P&L management; able to quote food cost, labor %, and comp trend from memory.
• Hands-on leadership style; comfortable on the floor and with the crew.
• Consistent work history; builders, not job-hoppers.
• Owner mindset: your name on the door.

WHAT YOU BRING
