Responsibilities

• Runs a profitable restaurant and ensures that the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Sets the restaurant’s goals in collaboration with a leader and creates a plan to achieve those goals.
• Leads a team of Department Managers who have specific departmental responsibilities, helping them to set their own goals, follow up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments.
• Improves departmental performance to increase overall restaurant performance.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for future success.
