The ideal candidate brings prior RV/automotive/marine dealership management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor staff while maintaining safety and service excellence across daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is helpful, but degree not required with relevant experience.
• Experience managing a profit center.
• Coach, mentor and develop others with prior management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional conduct with strong problem-solving and discretion.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Camping World is seeking a General Manager for our growing team. PRIOR RV, AUTOMOTIVE OR MARINE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN A DEALERSHIP IS REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION.

Camping World is currently seeking a General Manager who creates and oversees all phases of the dealership operations to ensure maximum sales and dealership profitability are obtained in a customer centric environment.

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Act in a professional manner while effectively handling problems and facilitate successful outcomes
• Use and apply independent judgment and discretion to address both short and long-term issues
• Valid driver's license required

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $150,000 - $275,000 or more. This is a variable pay role with uncapped variable pay.
